Delete your New DashCam App account

You can delete your account and everything stored for it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open New DashCam App and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. Your account, cloud recordings, accident reports and settings are deleted from our servers right away, and you are signed out everywhere.

Without the app

Email dashcam@kalabunga.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

Good to know

• Recordings kept only on your phone are not touched; delete the app to remove them.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings, or it may keep renewing.
• Purchase records required for tax and accounting are kept as the law requires.
